Buses will not be held for late passengers. If you miss your scheduled departure, you may forfeit your ticket.
Please ensure you board the correct bus at your allocated time.
2. Bus Wristbands
All passengers must wear their bus wristband to access the return bus service. Wristbands must be kept secure for the duration of the event.
Passengers purchasing a return-only bus ticket (not travelling to the venue on the outbound service) must still pay the full ticket price and collect their return bus wristband from event staff at the event entry.
No wristband, no boarding. Passengers will not be permitted on the return bus without a valid wristband.
3. Passenger Conduct
All passengers must treat bus drivers and fellow passengers with respect and follow any instructions given by the driver or event staff.
No food or drinks are permitted on the buses.
Please dispose of rubbish responsibly. Do not litter in or around bus waiting and boarding areas.
4. Bus Stops & Travel
There are no toilet stops during the journey. Please plan accordingly before boarding.
Buses are only permitted to stop at designated bus stops and the official event drop-off/pick-up location.
Drivers cannot accommodate requests to stop or drop passengers off at alternative locations, including before reaching the venue.
5. General Conditions
Bus tickets are valid only for the date, route and service purchased.
Passengers must follow all reasonable directions from drivers and event staff.
Passengers who fail to comply with these conditions or behave in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be refused travel.
